Postage;
Standard delivery will cost £7.00 for anywhere in mainland UK and usually takes between 1-4 days.
Most orders are dispatched within 2 weeks of ordering, but as I paint each box myself it can take up to 4 weeks. If you need your box sooner please contact me before purchasing and I’ll endeavour to meet your needs.
All prices on this website are quoted in British sterling.
For international orders please contact me before purchasing for a postal quote.
Please note for international orders any import/customs duties levied in the country of destination is the responsibility of purchaser.
Returns;
I’m afraid as each box is personalized I am unable to offer refunds for returned items.
However if item or items are damaged in post and notification is made to me within 24 hours of receipt of goods a refund or replacement will be sent to you. You must however have returned damaged goods within 7 days and a postal receipt will be required for the reimbursement of your postal charges.
I will only be liable for any damage up to the value of the good(s) purchased, and will not be held responsible for any damage resulting from misuse, or the inability to use website.
